Can't pass on Halladay at this number. He's given up 2 runs or less in 11 out of his last 13, and has gone at least 7 in 14 of 15! Lowe's been shaky in his last few starts, and has a career ERA well over 5 against the Jays.
Simply put, excellent value on a Cy Young candidate.
